Desired Profile	:	Essential requirementsOutstanding Linux/FreeBSD/Solaris and Ruby on Rails skillsClean sheet relational database design together with very good SQL skillsExperience of payment gatewaysThorough knowledge of website accessibility guidelines and data protection practicesIn depth knowledge of Ruby, Rails 2.x and 3.xShould have working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodsShould have very strong skills on J2EE, MySQL – focused on java web development
