      Business analysis and solution for various business prospects.
      Business Process Modelling.
       Mapping client's requirements and address complex technical process requirements.
      Project co-ordination for the complete SDLC.
      Strong technical background enabling efficient management of technical staff.
        Making and delivering presentations to the Business Acquisition team.
      Production of clear and concise business cases.
      Preparing FRS and SRS document.
          Preparing feature list and documents.
       Responding to RFPs, pre-sales presentations and doing pre-sales analysis for supporting sales and marketing team.
        Interaction with Clients to understand their requirements.
        Business Requirement Analysis.
        Business Development
   Preparing Business Requirement Documents, Software Requirement Specification Documents, Product Requirement Documents & Functional Specification Documents.
      Functional Study & Mapping of Client Requirements with existing functionality in product
           Proposing changes in the screen at the user level and end customer’s level   
        Recommending changes in product as per analysis & customer’s requirements.
Product Enhancement Feature Analysis
Project Coordination and Liaison between Analysis team, Development team, Implementation and QA team
User Acceptance Testing
Coordinating and verifying that QA testing is in sync with the business requirements of client.
      Ensuring project documentation is inline with Client business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the productivity of cluster and centers as per the expectation of the company by planning
activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer
awareness and satisfaction.

The person will handle 6 to 8 centers independently and responsible for all matters related to center,
that is, business development and sales in respected Centers motivate & drive the team towards defined
Business Goals & achievement of Corp. plans.

Provide market information on sales.

Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the Center.

Maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, cleanliness of the hub and center (as per the guidelines) and

customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand these relationships; utilize
sales programs to acquire new relationships.

Deliver business plan growth and income objectives; manage, coach and support branch employees on

developing, managing and growing profitable customer relationships to support these efforts. Ensure
Center meets and exceeds established sales and revenue goals while keeping expenses minimized.
