Technical Skills Requirement
· Formal documentation creation
· Web application testing
· creation of an issues log and the maintainence of all issues related to the log from initiation to resolution
· Defect management and reporting using Excel – reporting on the types of defects, the cause and the severity of the defect
· Strong SQL Server skills
· SQL Server Management Studio experience and Standard Edition
· Strong analytical and business mind.
· AGILE experience
· open source Testing tools for Stress and Load Test

| Desired Profile | : | Personal Skills Requirement· Excellent communicator – will always be working in a team environment with developers, BA’s, PM’s etc· Adaptability as we are looking for someone that can shift between projects and workload and be productive quickly· We need a Test Lead that can see the project from the users perspective so they can stimulate discussion on project development· Proactive - Ability to identify and discuss improvements to current processes · Ideally from a Product background |
