Success is walking into Ikanos every work day with an unwavering belief that you can and do influence affairs for the better and that in tu you will stand to reap the rewards both financially and professionally that your contribution merits. - Within the first 30-days the Supply Chain Manager will be trained and immersed in the Ikanos Planning and manufacturing systems - Within the first 60-days the Supply Chain Manager will be able to use all of the Ikanos tools and become proficient at providing daily & weekly reports on Shipments, Order backlog, On-Time Delivery, Fill Rates and other operations metrics - Within 90-days the Supply Chain Manager will be able to perform complete ATP analysis on Build-to-order and Build-to-Forecast inputs and make recommendations on Materials purchases to insure NO Line stopages, STock-outs or delivery impacts to our customers - Within 120-days the Supply Chain Manager will have a surperior grasp of all of product Families, Kitting requirements, and Manufacturing flows and approved sites - Ability to proactively identify and solve manufacturing and customer related problems will be a key responsiblity Desired Profile : n this position, The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for:- Supply & Demand Analysis & trending - SKU Profiling- Purchasing of Wafers (PO Generation), Piece parts and other BOM related deliverable to product our Products- Coordination of backlog Scheduling, Product Leadtimes as well as setting Factory Production and Shipping priorities- Inventory tracking and Logistic coordination between inteal and exteal Subcontractors- New Product Manufacturing set-up (Microsoft AX Dynamics) - Part Creation Nomenclature- Establish and launch New product Manuf flow and capacity- Coordination of Distribution and VMI/CMI Stocking Orders- Updating Operations/Manufacturing Work flows and Specifications- Coordination of Customer RMA and Failure analysis activities (Track, Update and close CRM cases)- Weekly reports for Production status- Inventory Audit and Financial close support activitiesNOTE: Products will cover both Chip set solutions and Board level production You Are:Someone who wants to influence your own development.
