Job Description ü  Should have min 1 year of Experience in Android Development.   ü  Strong OOPs fundamentals, Java , XML, Android 1.5 and above, Client-Server architecture understanding.   ü  Sound knowledge of overall Andriod architecture.   ü  Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.   ü  An eye for great design and user experiences.   ü  Hard-working and a fast leaer.   ü  Experience in Start-up, Android in Product Development would be strongly considered.   .   ü  Hands on with Core Java  and other mobile technologies.   ü  Understanding the code base, architectural considerations, design and design decisions related to the product/project.   ü  Mentoring and coaching junior developers ‘technically’.   ü  Good object oriented and database programming skills.   ü  Should have used at least one of the payment gateways.   ü  Should have good Communication skills.   ü  Should have technical bent of mind.   ü  Should have problem solving, prioritizing tasks, multi tasking abilities.   ü  Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently.   ü  Ability to work to deadlines & as a team member.   ü  Understanding Client Requirements and functional specifications.   ü  Open to lea and work in new technology as per clients’ requirements.
