6.       Email handling & Filter phone calls.
7.       Ensure guest meeting with the MD are well taken care of.          
8.       Handling confidential documents and reports.

Person Specification: (Female)
1.       Any Graduate
2.       A minimum of two years PA / Secretary.
3.       Excellent typing skills.
4.       Good computer literacy.
5.       Excellent communication skills.
6.       Professional telephone manner.
7.       Pleasing personality.

Salary : 15 to 20K.
