Job Description
·At least 3to5 years of experience in application development in based Java, j2ee, Spring struts and Hibeate.
·Provide leadership and management to multiple development teams and projects
·Consult with customers to understand and analyze operational procedures and information generation or utilization needs, as well as the project requirements and scope including the risk, time, and cost.
·Develop the project management approach including training needed for the project team, reporting structure of the project, frequency of interaction between managers and resources, the number and frequency of team meetings, and the need for and the extent of involvement of exteal project stakeholders
·Good Analytical skills.
· Should be hands on coding (framework building, skeletal code creation etc…) using Java framework like spring, Strut, Hibeate.
·Coding, bug fixes, trouble shooting,testing,integrating,administrating
·Should be able to work on multiple projects.
·Ability to lea new software technologies and tools in no time.
·Good object oriented and database programming skills.
·Should have good Communication skills.
·Should have technical bent of mind.
·Should have problem solving, prioritizing tasks, multi tasking abilities
·Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently
·Ability to work to deadlines & as a team member
·Understanding Client Requirements and functional specifications.
·Open to lea and work in new technology as per clients’ requirements.
