| Job Description | : | v Total experience of 10+ years v Qualified CA, CS and CWA, with min 5 years experience in IT companies. v Key areas of experience should be Operational Review and Analysis (Project Profitability, Degree of Bench, etc.), Financial Management (Accounts / Audit / Taxation), Legal (STPI, FEMA, etc.) and Secretarial Compliance v Macro Business Management (Plan, Direct and Control), Hands-on approach for guidance. v Should have worked on devising business plans, presenting to american investors v Experience on FDI from US based VC Funds; compliance with VC Fund Norms (Indian / US GAAP) v Knowledge of valuation and acquisition of subsidiaries in USA / Europe v Experience in Negotiating commercial contracts with customers to enhanced charge rates / value. v Should oversee Accounts, Finance control and Budgeting. |
