Job Description	:	Job Responsibilities: Identifies, compares, selects and implements technology solutions to meet current and future needs Identifying and architecting new product ideas and developing pilots Applying for Patents and IP protections on these initiatives Evaluating and resolving technology problems. Reviewing the organizational core competencies and capabilities. Liasoning with customers during kick off call for understanding and analysing and approving handover of knowledge to Delivery organization Assisting in software development. Presenting at conferences on behalf of the organization. Ensure that the organization’s processes comply with the customers’ satisfaction Formulating standards for the staff and monitoring them. Resolving the technical problems in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technology standards. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Key requirements for a CTO Position: Technical expertise in Software Engineering with specialized knowledge on Imaging, Video and web based enterprise systems. Business knowledge of Medical and life science would be a big plus. 12-15 years of IT experience with Ph.D. In engg (preferebly Computer science) and experience in Imaging as well Software Architecture. Role would need working on new product initiatives, guiding delivery team on technical bottlenecks. Must have worked onsite for atleast 3 years in USA or UK serving customers as architect / technical manager or any other key technology position Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Effective negotiation and vendor management skills Successful in fast paced and quick changing environments Entrepreneurial ambitions would be Big Plus for this long term association.
