Currently we have Openings for Customer Relations Executive for a Leading Chain of 5 Star Deluxe Property in Delhi.


Job Responsibilities:

1) To handle customer feedback received via all channels proactively in accordance with the company’s service standards and policies.
2) To track and compile the Customer Feedback report on a monthly basis.
3) To attend all members’ inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
4) Audit and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the various systems to meet existing and future requirements of the respective departments.
5) Provide operational and administrative support.
6) Ad hoc duties.


Desired Profile :

Height 5.5" and Above
Excellent Communication Skills
Pleasant Personality
Willing to work in Shifts

Job Location : Delhi

Salary : 10 K - 35 K
