Job Description	:	Ability to estimate, plan, resource , execute (including rick management and mitigation), track and report multiple projects (20+) in parallel across various stakeholders. The candidate should have experience of managing parallel projects that each have multiple deliverables and for each deliverable its own software  lifecycle. Ability to identify and successfully groom new leaders in technical area for handling higher level of responsibilities. Experience of line management, interviews and appraisals.
