- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or MCA or equivalent degree .
- Relevant experience in software development, preferably from technology/product background, which includes 6-8 years of overall experience .
- Good working knowledge on Java, J2EE, Oracle, Corba in Solaris or HP Unix environment.
- Should have excellent ‘vertical’ knowledge on Design / OOAD/ UML / Advanced Java – proven record.
- Should be able to architect/design/build and deliver reusable components/frameworks.
- Multi language/software integration solution exposure is an added advantage .
- Exposure to known product development processes and methodology is desired.
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English language is mandatory.
- Some amount of people responsibility experience will be beneficial.
- Telecom System Integration exposure will be beneficial for aspirants.
