- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or MCA or equivalent degree.
- Relevant experience in software development, preferably telecom, which includes 1-2.5 years of overall experience.
- Good working knowledge on C/C++, Oracle, Corba in Solaris or HP UNIX environment.
- Should be able to architect / design / build and deliver reusable components / frameworks.
- Multi language / software integration solution exposure is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of NMS and EMS will a plus.
- Exposure to known product development processes and methodology is desired.
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English language is mandatory.
- Good amount of people responsibility and project management experience are a must for Project Leader position.
- Telecom System Integration exposure will be beneficial for aspirants.
