| Job Description | : | Analyze the current business and develop strategies to increase sales and profit • Develop new marketing strategies & proactively innovate to increase sales. • Communicate with Leads for Initial Feasibility Study, Estimations, Proposals and convert lead to Customer • Prepare Proposal containing technical, commercial & legal details • Negotiate with Client on Pricing, Term & estimations • Assists in strategy development • Monitors client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness • Manage entire sales process communication - lead generation to deal closure • Prior experience in Business development IT solutions/services. • Convincing attitude; Proficient in written and verbal English • Self-initiator, independent, motivated & performance driven • should have excellent analytical & problem solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment effectively with minimum supervision. • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. |
