| Job Description | : | Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Individual has to be interested in supporting the division in USA focusing on acquiring a large-scale federal govement practice by responding to various proposal from govement agencies . They will be expected to monitor and research federal govement business opportunities, respond to RFP/RFQ opportunities, and working closely with the team members in USA. Daily monitoring of various govement agencies websites/portals to identify the opportunities and present to the team in USA. Organize the opportunities found in orderly fashion in company's CRM system for easy access and follow ups. Setting up appointments with Govement contracting officers for the team in India and developing initial point of contact relationships. Qualifications: Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands a high level of commitment to one’s own continuous growth and development. Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in technical analysis, govement contracts, subcontracts, and agreements, IT industry contracts with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree with strong technical background to understand technical project requirements. Strong written and communication skills in English is a must. Candidate must be disciplined in managing his/her work schedule, very organized and honest. Management of CRM database, running daily reports on productivity accuracy • Accurate and timely input of opportunities data/status into CRM database • Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients/colleagues Daily submission of work status emails to the reporting authority.
