| Job Description | : | Marketing of Home loan Products and Third Party Products like Life Insurance,FD and TCPM,cross selling insurance products. - Generating Good fee income in terms of PF and selling of third party products. - Implement processes to manage the sourcing quality as well as mix in terms of Segments products and channels. -Handling sales executives / officers and channel partners and reporting to the Branch Head -Continuously provide feedback to the Sales & Service Manager of the acceptance of the products in the market . - Continuously upgrades and innovate sales techniques to maximize productivity. -Generating leads through networking between the different channels of the bank and from the builder - Prospect generation through smart client interaction and efficient follows ups. - Checking pan verification, Form-16 verification and Tax challan verifications. - Rolling out targets for the team and tracing them on a weekly basis. - Maintaining a proper MIS of the team and rolling out competitions. - Recruiting sales officers and building team size. - Conductive promotional activities to enhance revenue and increase sales . - Manage the sourcing quality and channel controls to control delinquencies and frauds. - Taking care of recovery for the first 6 months - Building relationship with various developers & real estate companies. |
| Desired Profile | : | Candidate must possess experience in sales of mortgages loans and Loan Against Property.Minimum 4+ years of experience is required.Should be working at present. |
