| Job Description | : | Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities : • Follow up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities. • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements via the Inteet and/or newspapers • Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with account managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Management of applicant tracking database, running daily reports on productivity accuracy • Accurate and timely input of candidate data/status into applicant tracking database • Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients/colleagues Requirements • 1.5 years of technology recruiting experience for companies in USA, preferably in staffing • Proven success in placing technical consultants (permanent, contract, temp to hire) • Experience recruiting for the following positions: o ERP technical and/or functional consultants o J2EE and Microsoft .NET professionals o DBA’s o Business Intelligence o Data Warehousing o Software Developers o Infrastructure Consultants o Etc… • Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Inteet recruiting tools • Great attitude and team player • Desired Qualifications • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources AND/OR relevant experience in a similar technical recruiting role Job Requirements: Positions Skills: • Self starter • Initiative • Customer centric • Team oriented • Flexible • Effective communication • Trainable/Coachable • Willingness to step outside of comfort zone, willing to grow • Strong judgment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Power Point) • Exposure to an applicant tracking system |
