Job Description	:	Required skills Scan insertion & ATPG using Fastscan/TestKompress /DFTCompiler/DFTMax/DFTAdvisor/TetraMax. Patte Simulation with and without timing annotation & debugging simulation mismatches (VCS/Modelsim/NCSim).
Desired Profile	:	Looking for 2 to 8 yrs od DFT ExperienceRequired skillsScan insertion & ATPG using Fastscan/TestKompress/DFTCompiler/DFTMax/DFTAdvisor/TetraMax.Patte Simulation with and without timing annotation & debuggingsimulation mismatches (VCS/Modelsim/NCSim).Knowledge of Debussy/Verdi.* Familiarity with WGL/TDL file formats.* Scan compression techniques/LogicBIST.* Exposure to Memory BIST insertion tools (preferably LogicVisionMBIST/Mentor MBISTArchitect).* Boundary Scan, JTAG concepts, Core testing using P1500.* Basic understanding of Tester requirements, basics of synthesis andtiming. Knowledge of formal verification. Exposure to SoC level DFT.
